JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title : Tagging Supervisor
Store :
Department : Store Operations
Reports to : Goods and Receiving Executive
SUMMARY
Be responsible for department’s performance including: (1) checking, printing price tag/label (2) house keeping, (3) rules and regulations, and (4) staff’s productivity and efficiency.
RELATIONS
Report to : Goods and Receiving Executive.
Internal : All Parkson’s staffs.
External : Promoter, counter manager.
Supervises : Tagging Assistant
KEY DUTIES
1. Monitor price/label tagging including:
- Receive, check and print price tag as order.
- Submit all kind of reports as required on time.
- Monitor price tagging order, and needed information accordingly.
Requirements: Enough Price tag/label as required, all kind of reports submit on time, records are kept carefully and adequately.
2. House Keeping
- Periodic check on department to ensure all house keeping procedures are followed and maintained.
- Maintain price tagging equipments, tools to ensure the work run smoothly, efficiently.
Requirements: Department, documents, equipments and tools are clean, well-arranged, in good condition.
3. Rules and Regulations
- Execute working procedure on price tagging, safety, health, and company rules and regulation.
Requirements: working procedures, rules and regulations are strictly followed.
4. Management
- Arrange working and leaving schedules of staffs.
- Be responsible for staff’s performance.
- Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
- Appraise staff’s performance and handle staff’s grievances and complains from internal and external customers. Suggest promotion employees when appropriate
Requirements: Efficient manpower on duty, staffs are competent in sales service. Appraisal result is evaluated accurately, fair with staff’s performance. Staff’s grievances are solved within the competence. Staff turnover at minimum level.
5 Other duties
- Support other store operations activities as requested.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned from time to time by Store manager and/or Goods and Receiving Executive
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- 25 years old or older
- Graduated College or equivalent.
- Be able to work in shift
- Be customer service minded
- Good health.
- Carefulness: Be careful in key in data and printing price tag/label.
- Management skill: At least 1 year at management level
- Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible and honest behavior in all Parkson roles, tasks, and responsibilities.
