Job title : Sales Staff (PGV Project)
Store :
Department : Store Operations
Reports to : Operation Manager
RELATIONS
Report to : Store Manager, Operation Manager.
Internal : All Parkson’s staffs.
External : Customers.
OBJECTIVE
- To form a team of sales personnel to promote and sell the Parkson Gift Voucher (PGV).
- To set a budget for the team to work in achieving the monthly sales target set aim to increase sales.
- PGV as a selling tools and gift ideas for cooperate companies, emplyee rewards and also provide extra services be assisting clients to buy the appropriate gifts for a spacial occations.
- Also target to government organizations, foreign as well as local copperate companies to purchased PGV.
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To delegate and plan the daily canvassing, with the appointed team member.
- To lead a team of slaes personnel to achieve the sales target to achieve the sales target set by the managements.
- To prepare a report and feed back to store manager on the sales of PGV weekly and monthly.
- To work with A&P ont he current and yearly promotions activities and update marketing tools provided by HQ marketing dept to enable to sell the PGV more effectively.
- To assist the store promotions plan by the working closely with A&P department’s.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- The candidates must have sales background or a business certificate in Sales background or a business certificate in marketing discipline.
- Ability to speak English as well as writing. Poses other fereign langguage beside
- Fluently office computer skill.
