Job title                  :        Management Information System (MIS) Supervisor

Store                      :        Parkson

Department             :        Store Operations

Reports to               :        (1) Direct Superior: Head of Store Operation

                             :        (2) Functional Manager: MIS Department

SUMMARY

Be responsible for (1) monitoring, management information system activities, (2) rules and regulations.

RELATIONS

Report to       : Store Manager

Internal         : All Parkson staffs.

KEY DUTIES

1.      Monitor, check management information system activities.

-         Setup,Backup, Maintenance IT System;

-         Manage, maintain, operate a IT environment.  

-         This includes

§         Setup PC& Server

§         Maintenance

§         Implementation

§         Support User

§          Troubleshooting

Requirements: Ensure internal and external resources for information security.

2. Rules and Regulations

-         Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Requirements: Execute the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

3. Other duties

-         Support to other store operations activities as required.

-         Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

-         25 years old or older

-         Graduated college or equivalent.

-         Have certificate in security services

-         Be able to work at shift

-         Good health.

-         Management skill: At least 1 years experience at management level.

-         Leadership skill: Ability to lead by example.

-         To be an honest, punctual and friendly person.

-         English ability: Be able to fulfill all kind of forms.

-         Service orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people, develop services.

-         Reasoning ability: Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.

-         Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible and honest behavior in all Parkson roles, tasks, and responsibilities
