 JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

Job title                  :        Human Resources Supervisor (Department Store)

Store                      :        Parkson Saigon Tourist Plaza

Reports to               :        (Senior) Human Resource Executive (Department Store)

RELATIONS

Internal                          All Parkson Saigon Tourist staff

External                   :        Promoters, counter managers, agencies, service providers

Supervises                      HR Clerk

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Internal activities

  1. Time recording (Cisclock / Punch Card System)

 

-         Together with the HR Executive, capturing date into the system on time and running system.

-         Together with the HR Executive, issuing punch cards for employees and promoters on the first day of the month.

-         Issuing permanent/temporary name badges for employees and capturing into the system.

 

  1. Staff working time

-         Implementing annual leave records together with the HR Executive.

-         Together with the HR Executive, preparing the monthly duty roster input and attendance situations.

-         Together with the HR Executive, updating duty roster on time, collecting all necessary supporting documents (shift change, etc.)

-         Together with the HR Executive, updating attendance report by 23rd of each month to the Head Office; making sure the report fits well with the punch card record and Cisclock system record.

 

  1. Uniform

-         Supporting the HR Executive in managing uniform, way of dressing and provisions for all store operations.

-         Handling process of uniform delivery and return (from resigned staff).

 

 

  1. Supporting

     -         Supporting the HR Executive in all HR-related matters (e.g. C&B, Recruitment, T&D, HR Administration, etc.) as assigned (if necessary).

-         Supporting in buying/checking and making report about medicine in First Aid Kit.

-         Supporting the HR Executive in preparing and submitting all relevant reports to the respective authorizations in the Head Office.

 

  1. Rules and regulations

-         Together with the HR Executive, popularize the company rules and in-house regulations.

-         Being responsible for staff and promoters in implementing, executing the rules and regulations within the department and as assigned by the management.

-         Together with the HR Executive, ensuring the rules and regulations are strictly followed.

 

B. External activities

  1. Promoters Administration

-         Collecting / returning name badges / locker keys deposit.

-         Together with the HR Executive, reporting the deposit situation of name badges / locker keys to the Accounting Department every month.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

-         At least 1-year experience in Human resource practices, with:

o        Minimum 22 years old.

o        College degree.

 

-         English/Vietnamese ability: Intermediate in speaking, writing and reading.

-         Computer literacy: able to use Office softwares (Word, Excel)

-         Having sufficient soft skills including:

o        Communication skills.

o        Inter-personal skills.

 

-         Honesty, integrity, carefulness.

-         Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
